Terms of Service

FreeReach searches public sources, classifies and scores opportunities, generates draft content on request, lets you record the real outcome of what you published, and can build UTM tracking links for links you distribute through external channels. Features may change as the product develops. Some features are clearly labelled as scaffolded or coming soon and are not part of what you are paying for until released.

You must give accurate registration details, keep your credentials secure, and are responsible for activity in your account. Each account may hold one or more business profiles; data is isolated per tenant and we will not disclose your data to other tenants. You must be old enough to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction.

You agree not to use FreeReach to:

• post spam, bulk unsolicited messages, or content that breaches the rules of any community, forum, directory or platform you post it on;
• misrepresent your identity, impersonate others, or publish content you know to be false or misleading;
• infringe intellectual property rights, scrape or attack third-party sites, or bypass technical restrictions;
• reverse engineer, resell or provide the service to third parties without our written agreement.

Opportunities are suggestions. You are solely responsible for what you publish, where you publish it, and for following each destination's rules, as well as advertising, consumer and disclosure laws.

Drafts are produced by large-language-model providers and may be inaccurate, outdated or incomplete despite our factual guardrails. FreeReach flags content that needs verification, but you must review, verify and edit every draft before publishing it. You own the content you publish and are responsible for its accuracy, including any claims about products, prices, availability, policies or third parties such as airlines, marketplaces or carriers.

Optional integrations, including Google Search Console, are connected by you, per business profile, and are governed by the third party's own terms. Our access to Google Search Console is read-only and used only to report the Search performance of pages you recorded as published; see our Privacy Policy for the scopes and data involved. You may disconnect at any time from the app or by revoking access in your Google Account. We are not responsible for a third party changing, throttling or withdrawing its API, and reported metrics are provided by that third party, subject to its own delays and revisions.

You retain all rights in the business information and content you put into FreeReach. You grant us the limited licence needed to host, process and display it in order to provide the service, including sending the necessary context to our AI and search providers. You can export or request deletion of your data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Paid plans, where offered, are billed in advance through our payment provider for the period shown at checkout. Unless required by law, fees already paid are non-refundable. You can cancel at any time and will keep access until the end of the current period. We will give reasonable notice of price changes.

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service, and we may perform maintenance. Figures such as FreeReach Scores, estimated reach and "estimated ad spend saved" are modelled estimates for comparison only, not guarantees of traffic, rankings, revenue or savings.

The service is provided "as is" without warranties beyond those that cannot lawfully be excluded. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss, lost profits, lost traffic, lost rankings or lost data, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

You may stop using FreeReach and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms, create legal or security risk, or fail to pay. On termination your right to use the service ends; data deletion follows the Privacy Policy.

We may update these terms; material changes will be notified in the app. If any provision is unenforceable, the rest stays in force. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, unless mandatory local law says otherwise. Questions: legal@freereach.ai.
